As far back my memory goes I have always been intrigued with human emotions, communications and evolvement.

I believe that part of the evolution of humanity is greatly to do with their subconscious; as well as their intelligence.

Sadly, growing up I found that my subconsciousness was not considered to be of importance or valued. Worse I also was always considered to be academically ‘not overly smart’ due to my dyslexia.

Einstein says that imagination is more powerful than knowledge. In context of his time, I can imagine him emphasising this point because imagination most likely had very little value.

I personally believe: imagine what imagination can do partnered with knowledge.

This in mind, I think it is very important to be in touch with ones emotions to be able to ‘imagine’. So often we are told that anxiety or sadness are negative emotions? I ask why? Channeling or investing in our anxiety or sadness, as well as happy emotions allow us to truely imagine and create to our full potential.

It was all of above that led me to one day deciding that I wanted to create a visual diary. To document my findings, my personal struggles, my thoughts, questions and publish them via Instagram in hope to stimulate others.
