'Life’s An Awful Mess’
In a moment that celebrates her remarkable rise, singer-songwriter Carla Wehbe has just released her new single, “Life’s An Awful Mess,” showcases Carla’s signature blend of vibrant indie pop and poignant storytelling.
“Life’s An Awful Mess” is an anthem that captures the rollercoaster of emotions that define our lives. Carla reflects on the dualities we all face, reminding us that life can swing from heart-wrenching to magical in the blink of an eye. “It’s about accepting the inevitable finality of life while recognizing its beauty, flaws and all,” she shares. “We’re all navigating this journey together, some of us armed for battle, while others might just be bringing swords to pillow fights.”
Wehbe is poised to make an indelible mark on the indie pop landscape. Her ability to resonate with listeners through heartfelt lyrics and vibrant melodies has earned her a dedicated following. As she continues to explore life’s complexities through her music, there’s no doubt she’s one to watch.
We had the pleasure of chatting to Carla about her influences, ultimate cover song, and saving Fred’s life in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Read more below:
