Part of Astrophe’s exploration of the beautiful and creative crossovers our community loves Yves Saint Laurent Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello has created a new and exciting retail experience at the brands famous destinations in rue Saint-Honoré Paris and Rodeo Drive, Los Angeles. A revival of the accessible 1960’s RIVE GAUCHE Yves Saint Laurent line under the moniker RIVE DROITE. The series includes exclusive pieces and limited edition products as well as exhibitions of music, photography, art, and a line up of events aimed at creative and cultural exchange. Anthony Veccerello has chosen 20 key works from the catalogue of photographer Bob Carlos Clarke to display in both locations. Cooper Clarke’s signature iconic black and white photos add a delicate eroticism, glamour and the occasionally humorous touch to subjects such as Keith Richards, Kate Moss and Elton John. The works will also be available through a dedicated exhibition catalog available in store.
