Astrophe was lucky enough to get an exclusive insight into the world of Liyah Knight, Liyah shares with us an intimate photo journal of her life and creative process during isolation and the making of her EP “Nesting”.

The title “Nesting” derived from the Russian Babuskha dolls that open up to reveal different layers of dolls. Her thought process being that humans have many layers to them and we let people see what we choose to based on various factors – our place in society, our sex, our race, our emotional capacity, other people’s expectations on us.
